The strength behind the electric cooperative system lies in a human
network of highly trained individuals. The Minnesota electric cooperatives
employ more than 2,625 employees around the state and offer a wide variety
of career opportunities.
The opportunities range from technical occupations such as
engineering, construction and line work, to positions in clerical,
secretarial, financial and administrative areas. Also included are careers
in information technology, member services, human resources, public and
community relations and energy management. These jobs require varying
degrees of skill, education and personal qualities and experience.
