MREA Online Energy University

MREA Online University logoMREA's Online Energy University is available to member cooperatives for just $699 per year per co-op. For one low annual fee, all co-op employees can take self-paced online classes whenever it's convenient.

Benefits of Online Training

Online training provides a number of flexible training benefits for MREA member cooperatives:

  • Training completed anytime, anywhere. Employees control when they work through training programs.
  • Many companies provide only 15-20 minutes a day for training. Online training makes it easy to break a course into multiple segments which can be viewed when time is available. MREA Online Energy University has a bookmark feature that shows each employee exactly where they left off in the course they most recently began.
  • Greater utilization of resources.
  • Improved and enhanced idea-sharing.
  • More than 65 courses provide content for every employee level, from the newest hire to the board chair.
  • Enhanced ability to cross-train employees for different co-op departments or sectors.
