Meeting Registration: The MREA Annual Meeting fee is $269 per person (based on early bird registration) or $289 if registering after January 31, 2008. Spouse registration is $69 per person, which includes a tour and on Tuesday. Your online registration will be finalized by paying with your VISA or Master Card. Parking: Parking is available at the Crowne Plaza; however, the ceiling height at this ramp is too low for SUVs or pick-up trucks. Additional parking is available at the Capital City Plaza Parking ramp that is connected by skyway to the hotel. SUV’s and pick-up trucks will fit at this parking ramp. Membership Reception: A membership reception will be held Monday, February 18, 2008 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. MREA Legislative Day: The Minnesota House and Senate Leadership are invited to address the membership on the outlook for this legislative session. The session is scheduled on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Minnesota Ballroom (lower level) at the Crowne Plaza Riverfront Hotel. Cooperatives are encouraged to schedule appointments to visit their legislators and staff during the afternoon. Buses will provide transportation between the hotel and the State Capitol. Lunch is on your own or you may purchase a ticket for the MREA Luncheon. Spouse Registration: Includes a Guthrie Backstage Tour and Lunch at the Cue Restaurant, Tuesday February 19, 2008 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Spouse registration is $69. Pre-registration is required. Tour space is limited. Detailed Flyer Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy: You may cancel your registration up to 3 business days before the program and we will refund your tuition less a $25 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel less than 3 business days prior to the program, you may send a substitute from your organization or transfer your registration fee to another program of your choice that is scheduled within 12 months of your original event. Your registration must be prepaid to qualify for a credit certificate should you need to cancel within 3 days of the program. Please note, that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
