MREA Leadership Training
| MREA’s Leadership Training Program
equips employees to adapt, change, and gain a deeper understanding of their
cooperative, its culture and the people they work with. More than 120 leaders
from twenty-seven cooperatives have graduated from the program and continue to
demonstrate leadership ability and responsibility in their cooperatives.
One of the most important elements of our Leadership Training Program is that
the key principles are reinforced in several different ways.
Most training programs present excellent ideas, but usually only once.
New behavior must be practiced and reinforced, otherwise, most people
slip back into their old habits. |
Our Leadership Training Program presents
key concepts in several different fun and informative ways. Also,
Eloise Thorson is uniquely qualified to address the needs of the adult
learner and tailor each presentation to maximize retention.
