Minnesota's Electric Cooperatives
Minnesota Rural Electric Association (MREA) is the Minnesota statewide association representing 50 not-for-profit, member-owned rural electric cooperatives.Electric co-ops are community-focused organizations that provide affordable, reliable, and safe electricity. Across the state, we work together to embrace new technologies, design and maintain infrastructure, collaborate with the cooperative network, and keep the grid secure.
