On May 25, Governor Walz signed into law the Energy Conservation & Optimization (ECO) Act. This landmark bipartisan energy legislation will strengthen Minnesota’s energy conservation efforts, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and offer consumers more opportunities to lower their energy bills.
